All services provided are needs led; our practitioners are trained to work with parents and young people with identified Learning difficulties or disabilities, as well as neuro-diversity. All our approaches are person-centred; we work in a multi-agency, collaborative way to ensure those we support have the best opportunity to make and sustain change.
